How to use it
- Choose the baby you are caring for.
- Tap the centered + Log control and choose an activity.
- Enter the details you know and use the activity’s save or start action.
- Open History to review saved care.
What it means
A saved log records what you entered. A running timer is still in progress; stopping it and reviewing its details completes the session.

The app’s optional Help & tutorial practice flow is separate from your real diary.
