How to use it
- Use Note from + Log for general diary context.
- To connect a note to care, save the activity first and open that entry.
- Add the note and save it.
- Look for the note in History and the entry’s note indicator.
What it means
A note can stand alone or be attached to a saved activity. Notes add context without replacing the activity’s own recorded times or amounts.
