ONE STEP AT A TIME

How to use it

  1. Record sleep and wake-up times consistently.
  2. Read the displayed estimated window and any explanation.
  3. Open the prediction details to understand the inputs.
  4. If the app is still learning, continue logging rather than treating the missing estimate as a fixed schedule.

What it means

Age, last wake-up and recent sleep records help shape the estimate. More complete records can provide better context, but do not guarantee when a baby will sleep.

Good to know

Estimates are not medical advice or promises of sleep. Follow your baby’s cues.
