ONE STEP AT A TIME

How to use it

  1. Tap a statistic tile inside a metric detail.
  2. Read its definition and How it’s calculated section.
  3. Review Supporting samples and any excluded samples.
  4. Open a supporting saved record when you need to check the source details.

What it means

Period total sums the range. Average uses eligible samples. Longest session picks one eligible source session. A comparison uses the current and preceding periods, which can have different coverage.

Good to know

A change is not a better/worse rating. One sample may not represent a typical routine.
