PRIVACY & FAMILY ACCESS
Your records.
Clearer choices.
Plain-language answers about where records live, who can access them, and what the different deletion controls do.
01Where records live
Existing personal journals synchronize through Apple iCloud. New central family journals use Baby Tracker’s family service, hosted on Cloudflare. The path depends on the journal you use.
Central family records are encrypted in service storage and decrypted by the service for authorized requests. This is not end-to-end encryption. Connections use HTTPS.
02Who can do what
The owner manages invitations, members and the shared baby photo. Caregivers can log, edit and export permitted diary records. Viewers can read without creating, changing, deleting or exporting entries.
Invitations are private. Share an invitation only with the intended person, and use the app’s membership controls to manage ongoing access.
03What the app doesn’t use
The app’s privacy policy states that Baby Tracker includes no advertising, third-party analytics, data sales or cross-app tracking, and does not use diary data to train AI models.
